I have used Gmail from it’s start. However, I am now abandoning Gmail service and changing my email service to another smaller service that is much less intrusive into my life.
I now use several other search engines for my internet searches. At least to me, keeping my private information private is more important than the extra time I may invest Not Using Google’s mail and search engine.

Using the Gmail Vacation response message, I now notify all people that mail me at Gmail that a human {me} will never see any messages sent to this account.

I also now never sign in to any Google sponsored service effectively ending Google’s ability to track and collect my personal information and my internet activities. I am switching to and now using Firefox browser. Google’s Chrome browser being owned and operated by Google is collecting information on your searches, sites you visit, logging your keystrokes. Also a simple Chrome uninstall is ineffective, google/chrome leaves many files, and folders on your hard drive. It is not an easy task to escape google’s intrusion on your private information and your computer usage.

I have never had or logged into Facebook or Myspace, so this is not a concern for me. However if you are concerned about protecting your private information you should also abandon Facebook and Myspace accounts and ‘Never’ log in to or use those sites again.

It’s your private information and ONLY you can protect Your Private information.

Why is common sense so uncommon?

Obama is still pushing the democrat controlled Senate to pass higher taxes on working class payrolls, capital gains and dividends. Obama’s healthcare plan will cost Americans trillions of more dollars during the next 10 years. Obama has succeeded in spending more than 4 trillion dollars in job and economic stimulus plans in 3 years, yet unemployment is still well above 8 percent, home foreclosures and business lay offs have not abated. Banks continue to fail and must be bailed out by FDIC. USPS lost more than 5 billion dollars in 2011. Obama blocked the oil pipe line from Canada to U.S. refiners, killing more than 20,000 new construction jobs. Canada is now looking to sell and ship Canada’s oil to China for refining.

Small business want to see a plan that will create jobs by reducing the constraints that prevent small-business owners, and all Americans who work and shop on Main Street, from investing in the future. {Good Luck With That!}

Obama has in only 3 years to turned the most productive nation on earth into a welfare state with 15 million unemployed, over 46 million receiving food stamps (SNAP). Fully one half of all state governments are now facing a financial crisis nearing state bankruptcy. City and towns across America are fairing no better!

Obama’s border plans and the Operations conducted by the Department of Homeland Security and the Border Patrol, has not ‘stopped’ or even slowed down Mexican gangs from smuggling tens of thousands of humans {Illegal Aliens} and tons of Illegal Drugs across our southern borders flooding America with Dangerous Illegal Drugs, Criminals, Rapist, Murders, Human Smugglers, Drug Dealers. Just another Failed Obama Administration Plan.

According to the U.S. Small Business Administration, most businesses in the United States are small businesses. However, only half of newly opened small businesses survive for five years; the other half go out of business.

Today’s economic recession proves that it is more important than ever to support all local small businesses. When you purchase locally, you help strengthen your local economy which, in turn, strengthens the national economy.

Listed below are ten ways to support your local small businesses:

1. Use a family-owned dry cleaning service, instead of a chain service.

2. Whenever available, purchase your fruits and vegetables from local farmer’s markets instead of the chain grocery store.

3. Purchase handcrafted furniture, linens, clay pottery, etc. from local artisans.

4. Purchase clothing from local boutiques.

5. Eat at family-owned restaurants, instead of big chains.

6. Instead of Starbucks, go to a locally-owned coffee shop.

7. When available, purchase locally-made food products at your local grocery store. For example, beer, locally-roasted coffee beans, etc.

8. If you’re interested in biking, buy your bike from a locally-owned bike shop.

9. Purchase home decorations at local antique stores and furniture stores.

10. Go to a gym that is locally owned and not a large chain.

There are many other ways to support your local economy. The idea is to purchase as many goods and services as possible from businesses based in your locale. Yes, buying products from mom and pop shops can be more expensive, but the great thing about dealing with small businesses is you get an opportunity to negotiate a price; try doing that at a national chain store!

Supporters of President Obama’s health care law argued that her bankruptcy made Mary Brown ineligible to continue on as a plaintiff, suggesting the entire case could fall apart because of a lack of standing. Other business owners were attached to the case, but the Justice Department would not stipulate that they met the standards for establishing standing in this case.

The Justice Department did not formally challenge the addition of business owners Dana Grimes and Dave Klemencic. Grimes lives in Greenwich, N.Y., and owns a building/home contracting services business. Klemencic is from West Virginia and owns a flooring company.

Judge Rules Against Obama Administration on Off-Shore Oil Drilling Again.
U.S. District Judge Martin Feldman a federal judge ruled that the Obama administration has to decide within thirty days whether or not it will grant five deepwater drilling permits in the Gulf of Mexico. U.S. District Judge Martin Feldman of the Eastern District of Louisiana ruled “the government is under a duty to act by either granting or denying a permit application within a reasonable time. Not acting at all is not a lawful option.”

Republican Louisiana Senator David Vitter said “I applaud this ruling today. It confirms what [Democratic Louisiana Senator] Landrieu and I have been saying along with virtually every other Louisianian. President Obama’s continuing de facto moratorium in the Gulf is inexcusable. This ruling says it’s not only inexcusable but that it violates the law.”

Vitter and Landrieu have vowed to leverage their power to obstruct Obama’s nominee to head the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service until deepwater permitting resumes.

Earlier this month, the same federal judge held the Interior Department in contempt of court for instituting what many say has amounted to an off-shore drilling moratorium despite his previous ruling against such a moratorium. The delicate drilling issue continues to surface for Obama and it is now complicated by the fact that the clock is ticking.

Obama’s Birth Certificate Still in Question?
A state judge in Georgia has denied a motion by the Obama administration to dismiss a complaint challenging the president’s eligibility to be on the ballot there.

Attorney Orly Taitz filed the complaint back in November, on behalf of a Georgia resident, contending President Obama is not a natural born citizen and therefore, should not be in the March presidential primary in Georgia.

Last year the White House released the president’s long-form birth certificate. However, Taitz along with many others is still not satisfied. Some call it a fake, others say the real issue is that he’s not a natural born citizen.

A hearing has now been set for January 26th. President Obama’s lawyer in Atlanta, says he is optimistic the judge will decide in Obama’s favor.

Voter fraud ‘a normal political tactic’ in upstate NY city
Eight Democrats, including county and city elected officials and party operatives. Four defendants have already pleaded guilty to a variety of charges, and what has already unfolded exposes just how easy it could be for political insiders to illegally manipulate the electoral system.

Voters said “they never filled out absentee ballot applications for the 2009 Working Families Party primary, and were later stunned to learn the applications were, in fact, turned in to the Board of Elections, with ballots cast in their names.”

Democratic candidates routinely try to secure the Working Families electoral line to obtain more votes in the general election. The party was associated with the now defunct community group ACORN.

Attorney Michael Feit said “there is no question that someone tried to steal the election. It is awful, it’s despicable, it’s terrible.”

Two veteran Democratic political operatives in Troy said voter fraud is an accepted way of winning elections, and faking absentee ballots was commonplace.
Anthony DeFiglio, a Democratic Committeeman who pleaded guilty to falsifying business records, told state police investigators that such fraud is actually an ongoing scheme and it occurs on both sides of the aisle. The people who are targeted live in low income housing and there is a sense that they are a lot less likely to ask any questions. What appears as a huge conspiracy to nonpolitical persons is really a normal political tactic.

Burbank, Calif. – A Los Angeles woman was arrested last week for offering sexual favors in exchange for chicken McNuggets, according to Burbank police.

Khadijah Baseer of Los Angeles allegedly opened customers’ car doors while they were in the drive-thru of a Burbank McDonald’s.

A witness reported Baseer’s activity to police and she was arrested on suspicion of prostitution.

A process created by democrat Harry Reid, during the last two years of President G.W. Bush’s term to block President Bush from making ‘out of cession appointments’ has come back to bite (want to be King) Obama in his ass as he(Obama) makes what many lawmakers and judges see as unconstitutional appoints to National Labor Relations Board(NLRB).

“I would hope that they understand that everything doesn’t have to be a fight. Legislation is an art of working together, building consensus, compromise. And I hope that the Tea Party doesn’t have the influence in this next year that they had in the previous year.

Repeating three times his claim that Republicans are engaged in “obstructionism on steroids,” the Nevada Democrat said President Obama for two and a half years “bent over backwards” to reach out to Republicans, only to find a fist rather than a hand to shake. Reid said he’d prefer that Democrats not have to go it alone in the Senate this year.

Reid said since last September Democrats in Congress have forged ahead alone pushing the president’s jobs bill and demanding tax hikes. Obamas using a congressional recess, to appoint Richard Cordray to head the Consumer Protection Financial Bureau. Republicans are still smarting from Obama’s Out Of recess appointments!

Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney called the action “extraconstitutional” and said it shows Obama “doesn’t want to have to work with both parties, he wants to jam through whatever he’d like to do.” But Reid, who came up with the plan to use the pro-forma sessions to block former President George W. Bush’s nominees, said Obama’s move is constitutional.

Among the items Democrats want to pass this year is a widely despised Internet piracy law that supporters say is aimed at protecting intellectual privacy but opponents say will shut down social media. Reid said he expected it will pass the Senate.
However, on Saturday, House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa, R-Calif., said he secured an agreement with Republican leaders that the legislation will not be brought to the House floor until a consensus is reached to address concerns of the Internet community.

We are asking administration what’s necessary to make sure we’ve gone above and beyond what we need to do to try to keep one of Mobile’s business in the location it’s been operating in for awhile,” Carroll said.
Owners said the city didn’t deny their request for a drive-thru, but it did ask for it to comply with city regulations, which could cost the business about $300,000.

Other’s said it doesn’t make a big difference. We rarely do the drive-thru because it’s a family experience, so it wouldn’t bother us about the drive-thru, Mary Lynn Frantz said.

Owners said they doubt they could re-open the business at the same Government Street location again, but would consider opening somewhere nearby.

More government interference with the operations of a ‘private’ business causing it to close because of the cost of meeting a Stupid City Counsel mandated business control ordnance.
