Lawmakers seize on report detailing impact of cuts
Unless Obama and congressional Republicans and Democrats can agree on a plan to stave off the cuts, the military will face a reduction of $492 billion over a decade, with a $55 billion cut beginning in January, three months into the fiscal year. Domestic programs also would be reduced by $492 billion over 10 years.
{What a bunch of lie’s. When looking at the size of the Pentagon budget, $49 billion a year $492 billion spread over a 10 year period, is a small drop in a very large budget bucket! The Pentagon spend $49 billion on toilet paper!} $49 billion a year Will Not Gut Our Military and it’s ability to wage war against Americas enemies
The same holds true for Domestic programs also would be reduced by $492 billion over 10 years.
The Pentagon requested $553 billion dollars in their 2012 budget request. If the Pentagon recycles it’s paper clips, it will never miss $49 billion dollar reduction in their over all budget.
