Justice Department Sues South Carolina Over State’s Strict Immigration Law
Obama’s Department of Justice (DoJ) is systemically attacking states in a Federal Power Grab to take away states rights! Arizona, Alabama, Utah, Indiana, Georgia and now South Carolina. DoJ says “states have no right to investigate, arrest or detain Federal Criminal Illegal Aliens. DoJ saying ‘Only’ Federal Agencies have this authority! {What a crock of crap.}

With 13 million or so Criminal Illegal Aliens walking the streets in the United States, Director Department of Justice(DoJ), Eric Holder and Department of Homeland Security Secretary(DHS) Janet Napolitano said “they were to busy to enforce Federal Immigration Laws. {Isn’t that their Job?

Just exactly when did DoJ and DHS get authority to decide at departmental level what laws they would selectively enforce? These two incompetent bureaucrats should be fired and replaced by 2 honest boy or girl scouts, that will enforce ‘All’ United States Immigration Laws.

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said “South Carolina’s law diverts critical law enforcement resources from the most serious threats to public safety and undermines the vital trust between local jurisdictions and the communities they serve, while failing to address the underlying problem.”
